Its on by default, a couple of spammers started sending messages using it. Works well i heard.

one machine is XP other 98
i can send a message to myself doesnt seem to get through to the 98 machine it says message is sent but no message comes up on the other machine

netsend IP "message"
To turn it off go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services... scroll down find "Messenger" right click and choose stop

I heard it could send like 10 million+ messages a day, but the program is like $800 for something a 12 old with vb could make in an hour or less.
