this is just pay pal for the uk,

I mean its cool that it has low rates and wants to work with porn,

and its loading cash from people accounts,

pay pal let people load cash from accounts but also from amex and visa,

and thats proppably were pay pal ran into problems,

IM really looking forward to a true debit card system,

I mean here in canada, well montreal, 95% of retailers use interact so customers can use debit cards at the point of sale with the pin,

so atms are not really as popular here as in the states,

and visa check cards are no used at all here, people either buy direct at the store with the debit card direct from the bank account,

or they use a credit card,

online we nead soemthing like this,

to give the surfer the choice between debit from the bank account or charging to visa,

I mean we already know checks are fraud ridden and only work in the states,

we nead a world wide bank machine, type debit billing system,

any ideas?

I am affraid I have no idea which banks will allow you to set up a UK bank account as a non resident.

We aim to be offering the service to EU countries in the near future, I have to say it was a very interesting point made about Canadian consumers.
