Why I hate crows

I have the radio playing pretty much all day while I work. For the past week all I've heard is promo spots for this idiot Russel Crow's band, called "Thirty-ott foot of grunts"....... They are playing some local bar here in Winnipeg.

<i>thirty-ott foot of grunts??</i> .... the idiot that thunk up that name must have fell out of the stupid tree and hit every damn branch on the way down.

Then early this morning there were crows outside my winder, way up in a tree caw-ing their fucking heads off. 5 AM no less.


I want to shoot all things crow.

He left porncity bbs several months ago. He had been talking about re-joining the armed forces for quite some time, but I'm not sure if that is what he did. I know he had other things he wanted to explore though.

I know that if Crow had've still been at the helm of porncity, I would not have been banned like I was. With him gone it's not worth trying to get back in, not with a dickless fag like Adam having his wimplike finger on the ban button.

I figured that much. Have you heard any of their songs yet? The short blurbs I've heard on these radio promo spots have left me thinking they suck, but I could be wrong.

I get the feeling their only big hook going for them is having mr R. Crow at the forefront of the band. Think I'll pass for now.

If either Crow or Mayor arrive back at porncity I would consider making a return of they allowed me to, but without them I am at Adam's mercy, which is the way he likes things.


It would be like Amp taking a personal dislike to one of you, and banning you simply because he *feels* like it. Thankfully I can't see that ever happening, the mods here have much more sense than that. I'm sure I could call Amp or Boneprone a fucking retarded asshole all day long and they would simply deal with it like anything else rather than cowardly resorting to the ban button.

I went over to the Porn City BBS yesterday and today. I hate to say it but that BBS is <B><I>dead</I></B>. It's all over for PCBBS unless something major changes. I saw Hashishan had been banned for something, too, and the general consensus seemed to be that he didn't deserve it.

I started a thread there, yesterday, and after 12 hours it had zero replies and was still on the first page. Not just on the first page but really on the first 1/2 of the first page (maybe first 2/3). twelve hours with no replies and it didn't even get bumped to page two? The Mayor might want to have a look at his current BBS model.

Edit: The thread I mentioned above is now pushing 20 hours old and is still on the first page (last thread).

I always made it a point to post there pretty much daily, as porncity was my first home in what us old softcore types referred to as "the adult side of things". Sadly, Mayor has been on a trip to SE Asia, Thailand, Australia etc for something like 3 months now (or longer), and will be gone for some time. As I mentioned earlier, Crow is also gone on to other things, leaving a complete moron in charge. Crow had more sense of what it takes to run a bbs in his pinky toe than Adam does in his entire empty head.

You don't ban people simply because you arbitrarily decide you don't like them, especially your long-timers (like me). I've referred the most new webmasters to that board, having had 8 or 10 referrals in my profile. What was dipshit Adam thinking? Whatever, I can live without pc. If Mayor or Crow were to return, I would revisit this issue certainly, as I like and respect both of them.

Oh, I agree there. I haven't heard their stuff, but I can't imagine they are anything but a vehicle for an actor. Nothing like hearing the musical creations of someone selected for his acting ability.

Yeah, I also find it funny that the local radio stations are playing up their stint all this week yet not ONE has deemed it worthy to actually play one of their songs. Too funny.
