can anyone recommend some programmers who have done some custom affilate software for you?

Check out http://www.adtrackplus.com I have quite a few customers that use that affiliate program and it interfaces nicely with all the custom programming I have done for my customers. Wayne is fantastic if you need features or something customized to fit specific ideas you have.
