    Hello,

    I am using my Canon to make videos and shoot pics.. i know how to resize the pictures but i dont have any idea about how to resize the AVI files.

    1:30 mins movie takes around 20mb.. format is AVI
    do you know any program that can resize it down to 3-5 mb =?

    please let me know

      Encode it in MPEG-1

              DivX works pretty well. Expect to hear from Acacia, though.

                      i am editing movies as we speak i am capturing avi adding a watermark then encoding using lsx encoders talk to me if you like
                      I was trying to work out same thing well what is considered long and short too big etc anyway i am getting 20seconds down to 1 mb still looks great. using bit rate of 300 at 24 frames
