IBill multiple charge issue?
For those of you using your own merchant account with IBill. I was wondering how you're handling the mutltiple charge issue with the FDRN error at IBill from July 21st - July 23rd?
For those that don't know of the problem, I bill charged our members a total of 17 times for each transaction, both one-time and rebills, starting at about 6:00 PM on July 21st until about 9:00 am on July 23rd.
This has been a customer service nighmare for us. At this rate, IBill is going to put me out of business with chargebacks.
