    Encoder Wiring Sequence Issue

Hello. This is my first time using a closed-loop stepper motor [OYOSTEPPER]. I connected the wires according to the instructions. When I apply a pulse, the motor vibrates at a high frequency but doesn't move; it vibrates at both high and low frequencies.

I tried open-loop mode (with the encoder wires disconnected), and the motor ran normally, indicating that the motor and driver are not the problem.

After checking, I found that the encoder wiring sequence was incorrect—the encoder interface on the closed-loop driver must correspond one-to-one with the encoder wire colors on the motor end. If the wiring sequence is wrong, the driver reads the wrong encoder position, and the closed-loop control becomes positive feedback. After resoldering the wires correctly, it works normally.

I'd like to ask if anyone has a quick way to determine if the encoder wiring sequence is incorrect? I can't rely on trial and error every time.

    Thanks in advance.
