    Internet Hack Attack?

    those wacky 1337 haX0rs...

"the Department of Homeland Security warns that hackers have successfully tested new tools that allow them to seize control of vulnerable computers ? stealing data, deleting files and intercepting e-mails. The agency says it?s also detected an Internet-wide jump in scanning for computers to victimize.

Downloading the fix is easy for individual users, but large firms with thousands of computers need to change each one individually. Federal officials fear a ?worm? would let hackers seize control of thousands of computers within minutes."

you never hear about this kinda shit targetting Macs....

the question then becomes, are they unhackable, or just not worth the hackers time?

Being about 2% of internet traffic my guess is its not worth their time, however the mac users are much more clued up than windoze users.

Both, macs aren't used much in sensitive government positions for the most part since they are more expensive and at the same time it's much harder to hack OS X compared to Windows, but it can still be done by a skilled guy fairly easy if he takes the time.
