Windows Font Question

Does the font 'Futura' or 'Futura Black' or any member of the Futura family come shipped with Microsoft products?

if not what common font that most people have on their PC's comes closest to Futura? Arial Black maybe.

Standard Windows Fonts

No Futura. Arial Black would work; maybe Franklin.
