lucky for this guy, but I dont think there are taxes on reward money. But its good that we are paying. More iraqi's are going to see this guy go from making 150 a month this year, to make 2.5 million a month next year. meaning every iraqi that see's this will be looking extra hard for Saddam hoping to cash in on the reward.

and btw, when we found both uday and qusai (spelling) they had around $100 million dollars on them, so dropping 30 won't be that bad
