Anyone know what's going on with them?

I know them over there - https://www.stasyq.com/confirm-age and https://www.stasyq.com/ works for me. Maybe they changed their URL strategy

I just spoke with the owner of StasyQ and he said, "Hello! We're working on new affiliate program. I'll notify you within a few days"

Sponsors changing affiliate programs is just a scam. They know that many webmasters aren't able to change all of their links. This is why some sponsors do it every 2 or 3 years.

Looks like they have a new affiliate program that only pays out via USDT
