Strange problem with my internet conection!!! need help please!!

Hello, Im with a strange problem here, I cant enter in sites that starts with the IP: 66.230...

I called my IPS and they said that is not their problem, because the traced rout pass trought theier servers...

If I conetc trought a pro server I can enter in the sites, but is not too secury for me always use them...

Anyone can help me??

I am not sure if this will work but sometimes my connection will take me to an entirely different site than what intended. All I have to do is refresh my internet connection and all is good.
