    Whats the best software?
    Alot of sites like thehun, ultrawiredsex, and others i cannot get to, they all redirect to other sites...

              I use spybot and ad-aware.
              I scan the system with both programs 1-2 times a week.
              This works for me and they find 99.99% of all parasites.

                then surf with Opera or another browser that doesn't totally suck balls for security like IE

                  That's usually what I told customers when I worked for a computer company (technical support). Sometimes those programs (Adaware, Spybot) doesn't always rid the spyware. You best bet is to go into the registry and delete each one there, even then you may make things worse.
