    APIC has struck ....

    This webmaster I know got a email from APIC saying 2 of his galleries url's are infringing. These url's are like a year old back when he started out.

    He told me he deleted the urls and sent email back that he had done so...


    Is he safe now as he complied to there demands???

                              in my opinion they started working just like a collection agency , which does nothing but try to scare people.
                              i wonder if any of these cases ever gonna end up being handled in court.
