I need to be able to buy real clicks - no pop, no redirect - real clicks, adult traffic at $0.005/click max
I do not care much if the traffic is low quality but it must be that price.
Of course, we must be able to choose geo, language, day parting, OS browser, etc

For that price, you might be able to get some Indian/Chinese traffic, definitely not Tier1 geos.

trafficshop offers skimmed traffic from tube sites video listings, i think they are the only platform to offer this still, those range from $1.50 - $4.50 per 1000 unique clicks.

otherwise you are stuck with buying ads on places like juicyads, or ads directly from site owners.

most people charge flat rate, i have links on site that does 1.5 million visitors a month, the links are hard coded, so no tracking, but it gets loads of clicks a day.

you be better off buying textlinks on some high clickthru sites, they wont charge you per click though just flat rate.

My experience is that ask too much money
buying clicks directly from a traffic network makes it easier, also I only have to care about one source, one admin that centralize all incoming traffic.

If I have to start dealing with sites owner one by one, it's going to be time consuming. There's only so much you can do in 24 hours...

the quality will be much higher though, a lot of these networks sell garbage traffic and clicks are often just from tube sites that skim to urls, vs sites that have been around for 10 plus years, and the clicks will have higher prod.

clicks from those traffic networks average on site time you are looking at 2-8 seconds if you are lucky.

hq hardlinks you can get up to 2-5 mins much more productive and worth your money.
