Here it starts. I spoke to Mr Walters my attorney and he said start now. He is legally in breech of contract and will be ordered on Aug 1 to cease all sales of any and all AMA Content. I will continue to honor the poor webmasters caught up in this, that is all sold before today.

Been following this drama for awhile now and I thought your talk about bringing Sobe to court was for him selling your content cheaper than you would like to see it sold? (Which you say he wasn't allowed to do)

It seems all you are taking him to court for is he didn't pay his monthly fee to you? If this is the case, why do you keep stating that anyone who buys cheap content from him is getting illegal content?

I would also think that all he needs to do is pay his monthly fee and that would be the end of anything you could legally do to him, no? I think that's all a bunch of legal scare tactics to ask him for records, etc. I don't see why he would have to provide any of that if he paid his monthly fee and/or just stopped selling your content. What does his profit have to do with him breaking the contract? I'm no lawyer, but I know these legal letters always contain scare tactics to try to trick people into disclosing information that they otherwise would never legally have to.

Sobe don't give him any info until you talk to a lawyer about your rights. And pay him his $350 TODAY! You can check with a lawyer on this but from my experience paying him the $350 now would be a good idea, whether or not it helps your case, you owe it to him anyway. I believe it would help your case by showing "good faith" on your part. When was this $350 due?

I don't know either of you. I just hate seeing anyone get "tricked" into giving out info that is nobody's business

The letter doesn't even demand payment which shows that AMA just wants to end his contract with Sobe, (which Sobe is giving him an easy way out by not paying) not get paid as agreed.

And Sobe if you do not pay him and do not consult a lawyer on this matter I sure hope you stop your fucking whining as you are doing this to yourself.

I would have paid him that money but he has been slandering me for months before and after that agreement was signed. Might I add the agreement was signed two years after I bought the content from him.

It was a total after thought on his part. And out of good will and out of his threat that if I don?t sign he would sue me and continue to slander me I went ahead.

Now today, after all the damage he has done to me, I am not paying him a dime

No this is not a business tactic I can assurre you that. It has helped me form some very good relationships though with a lot of webmasters over the past few days.

I sold a lot of content but I am sad to admit at the expense of losing a few other webmasters.
