Youtube has had their preview video where you can jump to the part you're watching too, but many tube sites don't have that feature.

I'm almost done building an even more stimulating way of browsing video content, and a way to thumbs up/like the portion of the video that is being previewed, as to have a toplist of all of the top rated short preview clips and a feature to browse categories or tags by the top rated preview for each. This adds a whole new way to browse content, because who wants to watch a 30 minute porn video when the best parts can be distilled down to a minute or two of the best shots?

the site url is the biggest & best to have in the business, this would work for them, the traffic, all porn lovers, if top link sites make huge profits from the affiliate sales, imagine this

But yeah, KVS has had the feature you're talking about for a while. Not every webmaster implements it, though.
