Wrestling is way too much man-on-man body rubbing for my tastes. I much prefer striking fighting styles as I have long arms and legs with deadly accuracy and shockingly fast hand speed and power punches. Every new trainer I begin to work with warns I shouldn't be throwing such hard punches as consistently as I do and say I will gas out, but they are unaware of my insane cardio from distance running. (over 30 marathons run so far in past 4 years). I could run a marathon on a whim and not get a single blister on my body as I am such well-conditioned. I know it's difficult for you to understand how such a pretty man can also be equally as rugged as many people have made the same mistake.

I just started training in Muay Thai and excelling quickly at my skills already. The clench/head pull down followed by a knee to the face is an absolutely vicious move.

PS: you are one abhorrently delusional "feemale". If you have any power behind your strikes, you should hit a heavy bag when practicing to absorb impact. I dislocated my shoulder by throwing such a hard left hook while punching air a few years ago which will likely never heal correctly.

In fact, my last flight from Fort Lauderdale required a manual pat down due to a "a large object in my groin area" after going through the x-ray machine. The TSA agent asked if I wanted the pat down performed as I stood there or in a private room. I had nothing to hide so I shrugged and said, "here is fine". I should have asked him to repeat himself louder so everyone on my flight could hear. #bigdickproblems

this makes me feel you´re not a pro at thai boxing or any martial art, as any one that practices any art of combat knows, shadow boxing is a great method of training & simply, no fighter would not dislocate their shoulder training without a bag...

I never claimed to be a pro fighter, and have no desire to be one. It takes 4-10 hours per day training which I have no time for. I've got a billion-dollar brain which I'd like to keep operating at optimum levels.

Dislocating my shoulder was a rookie mistake I made years ago while punching air as I was pissed off about a now-ex gf who should be in prison. I simply stated I punch fast and hard as I'm very strong with powerful broad shoulders, as my trainers have all acknowledged.

Muay Thai is man v man or shadow majority of training, maybe an hour on the bag. Your stamina would be better seen in the ring & work harder on your legs than your arms if you want to be good at Thai boxing sunshine.

Well, thanks for asking, sweetheart. Before my 3-hour bag hitting session yesterday, I went to the gym for 2 hours (designed for powerlifters, where chalk is allowed and many squat racks are available) and lifted over 50,000 lbs in cumulative lifts, consisting of barbell back squats, reverse hack squats, leg extensions, Bulgarian split squats, lunges, jump squats, jumping rope, bench press, pull-ups, triceps dips as well as seated and standing calf raises.

FYI, the 6 ft Muay Thai bag can be punched or kicked, on which I practiced my high kick yesterday.



Thankfully, I don't feel as much pain in my shins as I thought I would. I still need to work on my technique standing on my toes while rotating hips instead of flat-footed (according to my trainer). It's difficult breaking habits when you've been doing something differently your entire life. I also need to stand with my head back and not leaning forward as much since getting caught in a clinch could get me killed with a knee strike.



I've always done things in an unorthodox manner, which could be attributed to me being left-handed. I do feel as if I will be able to switch left or right stances pretty easily.

I decided to train in Muay Thai on a whim 2 days ago, so it's a new learning experience which I am thoroughly enjoying already.

I'll also start running with 1 pound weights (same weight as 16 oz sparring gloves) in my hands held higher up than I'm used to running for better conditioning.

Boxing was always my preferred combat sport, which of course is a whole different sport, requiring a completely different strategy.

I'm not sure why you thought I claimed to be a professional fighter which I have no intention of doing, considering simply 'heading' a soccer/football can cause memory issues and concussions.

The night before, I met an Asian and Black girl (both 21 y.o. college students) at a Mexican restaurant's bar on Olas Blvd in Ft Lauderdale while watching the WCF Game 6 of the Lakers vs Warriors (May 12, Lakers won the series that night).

Long story short, after shot-gunning Redbull and Vodkas (per the Asian girl's idea), the Black girl invites me to go with them to The Wharf bar/club where we have more drinks.





As we were exiting the club, some dude told her she looked like Grace Jones, which she had no idea who she was (remember she was only 21). So she Googled Grace Jones on her phone and sounded upset showing me her phone like "do I look like her?!?". I had to explain it was probably because we look like an odd couple and I sort of resemble Dolph Lundgren, apparently, as I've heard it multiple times.



The Asian chick disappeared as she wandered off to get some blow with some guys while Grace and I hung out.




Once her friend re-appears, I call an uber to get back to my airbnb, as I have a flight within a few hours back to Mexico.

On my way home in the uber, she tells me she wanted to "slide", as the kids call it these days, but my beauty sleep is more important than a rando woman who looks like a supermodel. She's was really beautiful though, a sweetheart, and very physically fit.
