    All the sales guys are swamped, but I'm sure one of you guys
    can clear this up for me.

    Is the $750 Visa rape for each website in the account or
    for all websites under an account?

          Per account per processor. If you have 12 sites with CCbill or 1 site is still $750 if you also have Epoch as a second processor its another $750 paid to Epoch .

              It is per "Sponsored Merchant", the company...

              you can have as many domains under your SM as you want, it is not per domain
