Verotel problem

Hello everyone,

I have contacted Verotel on August 2022 for implementing credit card payment. During compliance process i have worked with Irina van Dijk for website adjustment. After one month and a half my website have been rejected because of non-compliance and i decided to move forward without credit card processor using only bitcoin processor.
At the end i have asked Irina for the full refund (500 EUR which i have paid for anual mastercard fee on August 2022). Then Irina basically stop responding back to my email.
And now its already May 2023 and still didnt got my refund back from Verotel, after almoust 10 months of waiting.

What do you think about this ?

How about if a client need some help and need to contact them ? He should wait for 10 months ?

Its escorts related, unfortunetly i couldnt find a processor. And i have contacted hundred of processors all over the world and none of them accept escort sites.

Verotel has been really bad since Jason left, which is probably why he left. approval and compliance are nearly impossible, and if you don't get approved, they keep your money.

Verotel used to be the easy go-to processor for fetish. now its almost impossible to get a new account. i keep sending new clients over there but most new installs are CCBill now.

i still have a lot of site owners on Verotel, all old accounts. it would be nice if they got their shit together, but its a result of the clenching fist of Visa/MC and EU policy.

for an escort site tho, you should have asked about compliance before sending them money. no one will process for escorts.

and before someone makes a "i heard they don't pay" comment, their payments are never late. they had payment issues like 20 years ago.

We are with Verotel for almost 15 years. Never had any issues.
