In another twist and turn for this industry, the 'gods' of processing have struck down another small guy, leaving many webmasters high and dry before the weekend. Many of these webmasters are going to find it takes a little while to establish processing with a new company, and time is money in this game.

In the mean time, if any smaller webmasters who are dead in the water want to follow this two setp plan, they can be up and running again in no time:


1. Add your paysite to Swoit. You will get paid a few bucks a day for it being part of the network, which is better than it sitting there idle earning you nothing.

2. Signup as a swoit affiliate, and change you join pages to point to Swoit. People signing up to swoit will not only get access to your site that you promoted through your tour, but hundreds of other paysites.


We dont have a recurring program anymore, however I will offer any globill paysite owner a 60/40 revshare on all sales.

This is simply an offer to the smaller guys who may loose sales and money from this downtime. At least earning 60% recurring on your sales is better than loosing 100%. Also 60% recurring of a network of hundreds of sites may turn out to be bigger $ than 100% of a single paysite.

Swoit wont work for me ... ( 32 gigs of stuff...) and I do have a backup : Ibill.

But I think the offer can be of interest for smaller sites or some really stuck ...

Just wanted to ask what feedback you have had from the gods (ie Visa and MC) on the Swoit model

It seems clear to me that they both want clear identification of 3rd party users, and your system being a hybrid AVS must be some sort of issue???

And when I read Brads comment, it just got me wondering where Swoit will fit into the whole big picture

I would love to have a sit down with you next week, but I am leaving for the mighty US of A on Monday for InterNext.

I dont want to be a naysayer, but I am worried about the Swoit model in this current climate - I mean for shit sake, I am worried about all our models about now.

For example, if many more of the sponsors IPSP,s fail, then:

- sponsors will fail
- people who live off sponsor will fail like content providers, advertising models (like GFY and AVN online), hosts and other support services.
- The shows will become a meeker form of themselves
- The Europeans and their diallers will take over our world, as long as different governments (like Australia) dont block them all too

what's this about DP going all legal now? if they are I applaud them but let's see some evidence man - show me the sites and content that have been turfed out by DP.

i'd also like to know the origin of this 'special' license AdultLegal gives to DP and AB to hand out DVDs as 'free content'. I have the AdultLegal license right here, expressly prohibits what DP does.

Hi Dan!! Yer, we are definately overdue for a catchup!

Won't be at internext this time, but buz me when you're back and we can chat.

We've worked closely with our processor on this issue (as have they with AVS customers of theirs) to make sure we are in compliance with the current 'rules of the game'. Not that we are an AVS, and have never even come close to the notion of 'age verification' but we *could* still be viewed by the powers-that-be as some kind of AVS.. so we have worked to make sure we are in compliance.

As far as our affiliate model goes, it's pretty standard. Our affiliates are separate from everything else in the program and are paid $20/$25 per signup like any regular program. Also like any affiliate program, the affiliates simply direct traffic from their own sources to Swoit's tour and that's about it.

You're not the only one worried about the current climate. The last 12 months has seen a heap of change in this industry, and the horizon looks shaky. At the end of the day, we all know that sex will still sell, but just how it will be 'sold' and capturing that impulse purchse is getting trickier and trickier.

I know the owners of DP personally, as Ive been selling with them since day one,

the studios call them directly or send a letter,

and they remove the content,

they cant control what other webmaster put up,

they have 1000's of licensed dvds they have ripped and put into a content ftp,

when you sell you earn credits and then you can buy a dvd, and the system moves it into your ftp for your site,

no network on the web can touch DP sophistication,

so fuck swoit,

and PS I dont nead to know how to spell, to cash me

and smaller pay sites with movies, should go to deluxepass or adulbouncer,
