They blocked iframing on their end. Nothing can be done other then complaining to your affiliate manager.

cambb (dot) xxx is still working and whitelisted on their end... nice way to do biz, picking and allowing only some affiliates

You're not the only one disappointed in that decision, I've had at least 10 different people hit me up about it.

They reply pretty quickly.

They blocked iframing on their end. Nothing can be done other then complaining to your affiliate manager.

They changed how they do iframes essentially.

Perks of being a whale, but you can still iframe. If you waited for support to answer, you'd know that.
