Does anyone here have experience with 2000Charge as an Alternative Payments Processor for adult paysites. Looking forward hearing some feedback from merchants. Appreciated.

I used them around 2016-2017. I remember it often took a long time to settle transactions and many were left pending for weeks and the fees were a bit expensive. Their support was responsive at the time

I did. Awhile back, they lost their merchant account with Deutschebank and I lost 25K (probably around 40K in today's money) in hold backs that they promised to return but kept. The principles were Wolfe and Ines. Their address is a UPS store on Santa Monica Blvd. That should tell you something.Comment
