Business Problem with JAVBucks

Is JAVBucks serious? Have any of you actually got money from them recently?

In July I had $300 sitting there (although the minimum payout is $100), now I have almost $500, and I still didn't get my money. And I'm still sending them my traffic...

Conversation with them looks like this:
1. you send a message or email on which they don't answer
2. you try again in a week, and the next week and...
3. and after 2-3 weeks comes "Everything will be OK" kind of answer
4. you wait for a week or two, nothing happens, and then you're back to 1.

As many of our affiliates will confirm and can observe in their profile, first the payments get Stored status, and the payout is made 30 days from this date, on the first payout date (As sometimes there are weekends that are on the way, it can be that the 1st payout date is in 32 days).

Also, I would not want to disclose personal details, but, please, remember that we had to work on "Payment Details" section, for instance, "Beneficiary Address" in several iterations as you were adding some explanatory text into this field or just your city, and only later we managed to get a correct full address there.
Of course, it took longer before the finance department could start proceeding your payment and assigned Stored status to it.

However, we hope that we will be able to put that misunderstanding behind us and you will be more comfortable working with us once you receive your first payment as now your account is all set.

i hope you'll finally get the money, as i did
i have a wide range of experiences with different affiliate programs. some are really smooth, with a quick response in case of need and paying twice a month without a problem. some others are problematic for every single payment and you can't find them for weeks; and the rest are in the middle.
