Doing it from a time to time. By a 3-4 month courses. The dose is 0.3g at morning and 0.3g at night for red ones (Amanita muscaria), and a half of that for Amanita pantherina (warning: those are very strong).

They love to be around baby birch trees, and Sumac, or pines.. but always near a baby birch.

I have a few pounds of these dried, but have never tried them, Ive only fucked with Psilocybin.

I only have one mushroom experience from circa 1973 and it was not positive. Long (and entertaining) story but I am sure that we ate too much and they looked nothing like what I see on Google. The other two people, that I rescued from the ER, were shot up with some kind of downer so they slept it off while I laid on a floor furnace and shivered till morning; which happened to be April 1st.

For the rest of the day we just looked at each other and said April fools.

We are talking about micro dosing. This has nothing to do with a psycho trips. You know, if you drink too much water at once you will... die.

So everything could be used for good and for evil. Just know your dose.

BTW, FYI: Mushrooms are super-duper mega effective against alcohol addiction. I'd say there is no such efficient cure for alcoholism as Amanita muscaria. Take a few-day course and you won't even look at a bottle again

i tried once, ordered from some site. did first two days half gram each and on third day i ate rest if the package for that month. that was good...
other two packages i ate with a friend, that was even better. i think full dose once per month is better for me
