We always highly recommend KVS. There are numerous things that make it good (especially for tubes, membership sites...), including: great support, many useful features for video management, tokenomics and of course flexibility, which means it's easy-customizable.

It's nowhere near completion, and I normally wouldn't show a project at this stage, but if you would like to take a peak at what's possible let me know. To look at the KVS admin area they have a full demo running at https://www.kvs-demo.com/. There is a lot under the hood so take your time going through the admin area. This is a quite capable script.

Another possible option is a company Natalie from Mojohost mentioned in another thread where the op was looking for an OnlyFans clone. Just to reiterate, I haven't worked with them, but their platform looks good as well. Maybe some industry vets can chime in on this one.

PornCMS for the win. still developing and updating weekly. actively managed network security => the most important function these days. video hosting and member management is the easy part. also included.

do not use a WP solution for a paysite. too much overhead and you still need to convert and host your media.
