Need something like this:

Managed Linux SSD VPS, no need for root access
Cores: 4-6
RAM: 6-8GB
Storage: 80GB
Traffic: 10TB/month
IPs: 10-12 in as many different classes or blocks as possible, minimum 3 blocks with 3 IPs is OK, but that part about IPs and classes is really negotiable if it affects price too much.

Any modern easy to use control panel where I can add/remove sites, databases, e-mail addresses, etc.

Basic support from time to time and that OS, php, mysql, apache etc are always up to date and patched, sites will be mostly wordpress so if everything is set up properly in start I won't need any special support.

Around 15-20 e-mail addresses with pop3/imap and webmail access.

For those who recommended Mojo - It was my first choice to check - good price for hosting, however I don't need much of a support on monthly basis, especially not minimum of $100 which is counted in minutes.

My personal opinion is that you should always talk to the provider directly because you never know what kind of deal that you can get that is not advertised on the website.

You should speak with Natalie or myself. Yes, we have a transparent shopping cart with all of the prices listed there. I have yet to see any custom-quoted hosting package sell with support that didn't have a discount applied to it, lest of all in the VPS category.
