    Blockchain.com scam?

I haven't used this service for 2 years until today.
A client sent a payment to my old wallet in this service.
I see a message when i try to login and send anything:
Am i doing something wrong or Blockchain.com -- scam?
I havent linked any accounts before.
a Ticket was created but still no answer.

      That's the BTC price...

Never used their service, but they seem to be one of the larger, solid companies (definitely not a scam).

Hope it gets resolved... After that, go download the official wallet (or Electrum wallet), backup your keys and never worry about stuff like this again.

          Aah sucks to hear.

Did you check if your funds is still there, by looking up your receiving address on a block explorer? If it's not moved out of your blockchain.com wallet(s), you can at least rule out that someone else got access to your account.

Also, since it's been 2 years since you've logged in, you might need to verify your account and all that as well (KYC), upload documents etc.

I hope customer support will help you out.
