Need small web design work

hey guys making a site for a video game.. ya ya its not adult but the money is still there for anyone with some free time. I just want to replace the images that i already have up and the banner with some better graphic oriented stuff. Its mainly changing the theme pics from PHP-NUKE take a look

you should charge per job, not per hour. Like anyone knows how long it's taking you.

1.5 hours = 5 hours = $250

Like he'd let you know it took less time than he quoted.
