What mistakes to avoid?

For a tube (or pay site, if you wanted), KVS is unmatched.

Default theme (and any themes bought from them and/or developed by adult-html) utilize all the built-in SEO functions. It's pretty easy to automate.

Support: I wouldn't expect them to hold your hand like some companies attempt to do, but they'll fix any issues that are actually KVS related (and not user error) promptly.

We at M3 have many customers running the KVS script. The server release is fully ready for KVS installs. From that point, I can say once installed it is a user-friendly script that is easy to use with lots of documentation. As your website grows it is seamless to integrate additional servers.

I have worked out the server issues but I need to do a few customizations to the templates like adding Model's social media accounts and other stuff.

I will willing to hire a web developer for Kernel Video Sharing template modifications.

KVS support is on the side of the world in Lithuania. I had to pull an all nighter to fix some minor issues.

I swear I wouldn't use support if there was better technical documentation and examples.

For instance, I want to install Google Tags because I use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors interact with the website.

I couldn't find anything on their support forum.

It's just adding code into the head element right?

Navigate to and add the code as needed:

Unless you're using a CDN for screenshots/videos, you'll fill a VPS up in about a week.

I would just to establish a set of best practices, especially if you're going to use the system as designed and make a number of changes. It is really a robust product with a lot of features under the hood. Now if you just want to add for example google analytics then it would be ok to just make changes directly to either the header or footer tpl files. Just my opinion though. Others may want to weigh in.

I wanted to add make sure you read all their documentation: KVS the Basics, Settings, and Site Management, and then make your way over to their forums and make your way through their Educational Series. Then do it again.

On a more practical level I would also suggest that before you even import any content get your categorization in place.

KVS is robust and powerful. The more I use it the more comfortable I am getting editing the templates.

Ripping large amounts of videos from various tube sites is optimal for a new tube site.
