(Wordpress based) Toplist?

I have an ancient php top list site that needs to be updated/upgraded. You know, the one with the banners that counts incoming clicks and ranks sites accordingly.

Can anyone recommend a modern top list with cms management (preferably Wordpress theme/plugin) that does this?

Yes.

Its a great way to get rid of useless traffic and get somewhat decent traffic back.

I've not seen any good toplists in years unfortunately, that being said, the same is true for links lists, mgps and tgps.

I've also been out of 'adult' until recently for a few years so most of the sites I used have long-gone.

wp does not have a toplist. links 3.0 is gone by scrpitgeni it was a toplist directory

Although, Simple Link Directory does not have all the bells and whistles of top site scripts but you can easily make it work like that. The Upvote feature allows users to Vote for Links that they like and find useful. Order by UpVote feature lets you sort the links by number of upvotes. Pretty handy.

And yes people still sign up for top-lists. But before google's penguin/thin content updates the backlinks a toplist created made it easy to get some google love without too much work.

I had a bunch of them, they are all dead as far as google traffic goes, except for 1.
