It would be tough to have a claim against you but do keep in
mind that if you had Kmartsex.com you would not get away with
that. If you do get contacted by Kobe's people then I say you should take it seriously though because Spike Lee did make a claim against Spike TV and they bent.

I don't think TNT/Spike TV bent. I think Spike dumbass Lee bent. When the judge took a better look at the case and realized the damages Spike's most likely baseless claim was causing the network, he ordered Lee to put up another $2.5mil bond to continue the suit. Lee suddenly "settled" the suit within hours.
