You are aware twitter is not a pornsite? you can use Twitter to support your pornsite, but what you are doing will get you absolutely nowhere, and you will only waste time doing work that wont result in any traffic.

If I was a regular user, I wouldn't follow your profile. It isn't updated often at all, the images are incredibly watermarked, and it looks really spammy. Asking people to like your posts here won't result in any sales. I don't see how you are trying hard with three posts in the past month. Look at what others in your niche with Twitters are doing and if they appear successful, consider emulating.

Hashtags don't seem to work well (or at all) with accounts marked as sensitive.

As you mentioned above, he should look at popular accounts in his niche and see what they are doing.

He may have to create a persona.
