    Paxum EFT returned

There was a threat about EFT's returning a few weeks ago but can not find it... the "funny" thing is I lost about 30% in the process... normal?

I experienced returned EFT's before. The problem is more with your receiving bank.
The good thing is I get full refund plus wire fee credited back to my paxum.
You can try the EFT again make sure all details are correct.

Using EFT for a few years now, same bank account, nothing changed. No explanation from Paxum..

Since I am hearing these horror stories, I don't dare to initiate a withdrawal from paxum to bank account..
I emailed Ruth and sent her a skype msg too, but never got a reply.
It would be good to know if it is possible somehow to withdraw USD to my USD bank account - as an EU company.
I think I heard that EU clients can only withdraw in EUR, and the exchange has to be done by Paxum - where these rates are pretty bad.
I also heard that Ruth can help with occasional USD withdrawal to USD bank accounts, but it can be that this is just rumor.

I was chatting with Paxum support the other day. They are still "investigating" what the reason is since I have the same problem and I've been trying to get the money to my bank for more than a month now...

They told me that my bank has made a decision to reject the transfer, but when I asked the bank employees, they said that it is not true since they don't see any transaction in the system, so who knows what's actually going on.

                Good luck.

                  its 2 or 2.5 % fee.
pretty standard in many (shitty) banks.

old paxum had higher fees actually.

As you can probably see from the other thread i created, i still battle with this problem on my own. I have probably now lost over 50$ just in EFT Transaction Fee's and my request always gets denied. Currently i am testing it with a other bank account because they said that my bank itself rejected the transfer.

Well, i called my bank and they said they never recieved any transfer. Upon messaging the Paxum support they just told me to try it again. I mean, i can try all of this again until i run out of money because it all has been spent in EFT Transaction Fee's but i dont think this is the right way to handle this situation.

At the moment i am just not sure how i should proceed. EFT's do not work since 4-5 Months now.

I think it is obvious that they've been struggling to transfer clients' funds for months now. The million-dollar question is what are they doing to improve!

That does not solve the problem. Also my accountant will not like this "workaround". Paxum probably switched ( again ) to an even more shady bank to transfer money which was causing a red flag. So basically promoting programs offering only paxum is a thing of the past.

                                I did 2 ETF's on 03/06/2021 until now it's still pending.

I also did several external card withdrawal 2 weeks ago but they are getting rejected.

And you're in the EU? They disabled USD currency wires to EU clients a while ago. It's still available to some others.

EFT is just a generic name they use electronic funds transfer, it doesn't mean much by itself.

In practice EFT in every country (or economic area) uses a completely different banking network. For instance, EFT in Europe is called SEPA.

You should say which country's EFT you were using, people might be able to help you more!

I just set up a Paxum account and am now trying to figure out how to get my money. I'm in the states and it looks like my only option is etf, but there is not much information on what banks they work with, in fact not much information on anything about getting my money. I should request a credit card? Is that the best way?

I know you are trying to help, but that is Paxum's job A friend, also Dutch, is not having these issues and uses the same bank as I do. So it's a Paxum issue but they keep sending the same useless reply every time: I probably changed my banking details
That would be the most stupid thing because we all know how hard it is to get WIRE/SEPA/EFT approved and working in Paxum.

Their suggestion is to use the useless Chinese debit card to withdraw. As the ATM accepting this card is a two-hour drive into Germany. That it is not ideal, to say the least.

So I decided to change the payment options for all programs I promote to wire and dump the programs not offering wire. I am afraid Paxum is balancing on a thin line with our money every day until they fall..

Ok so if you're using a Dutch bank, in your case Paxum's EFT is an EUR SEPA transfer in practice. That's supposed to be very reliable and straightforward, unlike wire.

You probably can open an account at another Dutch bank account within a day? That's what I'd do.
