Increase traffic without backlink

Hello there.

First of all, i did searched about backlinks a lot in this forum but not able to find anything related to my question.

Is it possible to build traffic without building any backlink to the site?

I acknowledged that there's a lot of porn sites around and new sites opening every day and it makes building traffic even harder when there's tons of competitors.
I am living in a country which exchange rates god damn high to buy backlinks in USD so i am trying to get traffic without them.

So, you guys have any success without building backlinks in any of your projects?

Someone once told me that backlinks are a bit like owning a beautiful car.

You can buy the backlinks today and get all the good stuff that goes with it. Hot ladies, respect and the lifestyle.

Or, you can wait and do nothing. Sure you may own that beautiful car one day but it will take much longer.

If you don't have the money to buy, try:
trading
offering work in exchange for links
creating text articles in exchange for links (check out the Buy & Sell forum, quite a few)
directories
creating feeder sites/blogs on your own domains or free sites, then do the first 4 steps with the feeder site

Don't allow lack of cash to prevent you from building the links that you need, be resourceful and think of what else you have to offer.

A lot of us, myself included, have built pretty big networks with very little capital at first.

Yes, it's possible but will take considerably more time (it's always a balance of time vs money). A couple ideas, you can create a handful of free wordpress sites and then get links to them from forums (like here). Make sure to post relevant content that won't get you banned. Repeat the process from social media as well such as Twitter, Pinterest, etc. It's free but will take a long time to build up some links. Over time, the free wordpress sites can start linking to your money sites.

Yup this. When I started it was one site and quickly turned into 15 so I can have a network between myself and grow the sites with outside sources as well. It works!

It's a great model that I used many many moons ago to get started in the affiliate marketing world, and the model still works.

In fact I've got a "friends and family" deal with IP's spread out through multiple classes available for people interested in this sort of thing. A few years ago I bought a domain for a micro niche and started building a tube on it - and then left it. I seem to remember it only had around 50 or 60 videos on it, anyway googlebot found it despite me never building any links to it. After several months it started sending some hits, only maybe 50 - 100 a day but amazingly it made some sales. I wish I'd kept it now. Could have been rich.
