Hello,

I would need my own ad script like adspyglass. I have publisher accounts on ad networks like exoclick.com, trafficstars.com, twinred.com, trafficshop.com etc...

Those ad networks provide publisher accounts API with all informations ( impressions, revenue etc... ).

I would like to compare revenues from all those ad networks and push the ones having the best real cpm.

Those will be for interstitial and popunder Ads. I already have my own popunder and interstitial script.

So basically I would need just links to put in my pop and interstitial script which would send traffic to the best cpm ad networks.

The ad links needs to track impressions, connect to ad networks APIs and track revenue, to create a real CPM and push the ad networks havinghathe best CPM.

I think you have to code it yourself. RTB integration isn't the kind of thing people are posting on github...

What you need is called an SSP (Supply Side Platform)
Through your SSP you connect to a DSP (Demand Side Platform) through oRTB

Networks such as exoclick, twinred, etc... is both an SSP and a DSP.
