I went to sign up to pormote a teen site and they process through cardsgate.com which I have never heard of. Any information about them, good or bad would be helpfull before I make my decision to close the window.

I dont know them personaly, But i have seen them and i saw that there charges are billed from Moscow. Russia. THat could be an issue with chargebacks.
THey also do billing for some strange sites like Rape. so i dont know about them....

They're don't accept rape, underage, spam, etc. sites.
