Somewhere warm with fair property value... I am on long island and the prices are killer.... I worked a consulting contract in Houston for 3 months and I loved it down on the gulf... seemed to be alot of jobs around and houses were still reasonable.... If your not to fond of Texas then I would check out Phoenix... maybe you can get a job from CCBill... I think they are out there..
