how close are you to a major city? my daughter has finally agreed to move out of cally. thinking east tx, longview/tyler area, but tn is a possibility. my 'folks' came from tn to east tx after the war... I'm white trash to the core lol!!! I'm the first kid not born at home on the farm actually. my daddy didn't even have a birth certificate. his birth was recorded in the bible at the church. different times for sure.

I want to get back to living in the country again....

I'm an hour from Nashville and Knoxville in Middle Tennessee. My parents retired here from California and I feel in love with it when I would come to visit them. It's a beautiful place to raise a family.

I've been looking on zillion, TN, TX. LA....other than chigars I love the south. East Texas is ahead right now due to cheap lake front property..a small house in studio city is 1.2 mil. Same house in the south is less than 400k

Plus I grew up in the area
