I struggle to keep weight on (kinda want to smack the shit out of myself at times for that but I do always win those weight loss fights with my body) but am not wired cranial to care about my health. I wish I could, have actually given that a bunch of thought but no solution yet. how to erase 43 years of thinking, or I guess that started at 13 so 3 decades. still a lot. lots to unpack while I pack to start my new life back at the ocean as a free person who only has love and kindness in my life


in a difficult time in my life people online and off (y'all here complicit in that know who you are I hope) remind me I'm worthy of kindness and respect, through their care towards me. that reminds me it's normal to be treated with kindness. that means something. if we don't care about others what are we all doing?
