What if someone bought your service and also ran a site with unlicensed content. That means you get money from scammers. Does that make you a scammer?

Look at some of the MAJOR sponsors of GFY - where would they have been without Warez sites 15 years ago, P2P sites 10 years ago, and "user uploaded" tubesites 5 years ago?

Like it or not, a large (not all) part of this industry is made by zig-zag'in back and forth across the thin line between good and bad.
