Exit popup for wordpress

Hi, I have looked at a lot of pop makers for WordPress. I'm not seeing what I need. A simple exit popup that only does it once. Not ever time some on goes to a new page on the site. Any recommendations would be happily appreciated!

It pops one time every 24 hours or so, not sure, but this one I use since forever,
just add the code INTO a widget ( HTML widget you can add it in), don't title the widget, and it should work just fine.

All other pop plugins on WP are all changing into commercial poppers where you pay for the views to the plugin maker, not a bad deal, but I think you don't want to pay 30 $ a month

This is a Popunder, because exits have proven to me to be lesser effective. Anyway, it might not be the thing you look for, but it does do something you need.

is there any way to make it popunder in the script? Not be the first page they see.. It is opening the popup in a new window first. Have to click on a tab next to it to see the orignal site.

If that does not work for you, maybe you should find some google directions for "popunder scripts"
I am not really an expert here, and most things I ask google for some help.
