    XP help please!

    Ok, I give...how the HECK do I get rid of things in my start up?! Takes FOREVER to reboot!

    I tried looking in start up/task bar in the control panel, looked in scheduled tasks, checked in the user accounts....HELP!

      start>run> type in msconfig > go to startup and take whatevr youdont want there
