Paxum EFT Issues?

    Paxum EFT Issues?

    Normally EFT was processed in 2-3 days at max..

    It's been 5 days now and still not processed / sent to my bank account...

    Wonder what's happening?

    Support has no clue what so ever...

      Have you double checked the 'status' of the EFT in your account ?

      Just in case it's been 'rejected'.

        Yep. It says validated on 10th.

                    Yep. It says validated on 10th.
                    Maybe your bank has rejected the payment and sent it back. Although thats unlikely.

                    Once an EFT has been sent. It should only take maximum of 24 hours for the funds to be in your account.

                    If it was validated on 10th (monday). It should of been sent no later than Tuesday morning, and in your account Wednesday (12th).

                    I'd contact your bank (if you haven't already).

                      Nah.. something with compliance i guess.. It got rejected today and funds sent back to my Paxum account. Initiated a WIRE this time.. hope it comes on time...
