WP-Script Community Forum gone?

Earlier this year WP-Script created a Community Forum where users could ask questions and get help from each other, which was great because getting help from WP-Script support is so difficult. This forum appears to be gone now, or at least I can't find it on their website and my past links to forum topics just go to their knowledge base page.

Does anyone know if the Community Forum still exists on another URL and if so can you share it?

If it is gone for good I know WP-Script sometimes visits GFY so maybe they can explain why they took it down and if it will ever return?

I think it’s gone. I am surprised it existed as I once posted a critical comment and it was deleted in the comment section on a product page.

Hello ! Yes unfortunately the forum has been shut down as I couldn't manage it properly by myself.

In my opinion, this forum was a good thing and I think that it's something that we may set up again later but only when we will have more ressources to make it great and stable.

I really wish you would start up the forum again or offer a better way to contact you. I had something I wanted to communicate about WP-Script that other users might be able to help with, but it's not so urgent that I need to do a support ticket.

You are pointing a problem we faced with the forum actually. We wanted this palce to be a way for users to help themselves and share tips but it turned out that it slowly became a new way for customers to post tickets that's why I couldn't manage it properly to make it a place as we imagined.

Concerning the bug reporting, whether it is through the chat or through tickets, we are alway aware of main problems that could appear so don't worry for that

In the coming month, a brand new version (2.0) of every single product will be released.

It will start soon with WPS Checker, then WPS Player etc...

The products will be much more stable and will be easier to update then. It's a really great thing both for us and for the customers, I really can't wait for these versions to be released
