    1. Is it easier for you to attach HTML5 landing page into database? << would this be like working on a bootstrap theme sorta?????

    OR

    2. SEND PSD to you and then you slice it up yourself and attach to database?

    By #1 I assume you are referring to hooking up a template to a script.

    You are basically asking if it's easier to do #1 or both #1 and #2. It's certainly faster and much less work to get ready-to-go html and plug that into a script then cutting it yourself and then implementing.

      Much easier approach is using wordpress with page builder plugin. It saves your data on the server/database and page builder makes it easy to create a page/website.

          TBH, one has nothing to do with the other. You don't want HTML in the DB. DB is for data. Now, templating, that I prefer to cut myself as I know where the data would be displayed within the template.
