$140 per week is $3.50 per hour. The price for GOOD outsources labor hasn't been $3.50 since before upwork raised their minimum to $3.00. For someone competent pay $6 an hour bare ass minimum. At $3.50 you will get someone that is hired but outsources it to some barefoot villagers that barely speak English and understand sweet fuck all about anything.

I get really good international guys for that price. So I get how much more production out of my guys for the same money? That means I can put that money else where while you need to dig for it

Seriously I don't know what kind of quality you expect to get for the low price you're offering. But if you offer it to one of your existing people along with a raise you will get better results and save money at the same time.

Even tho 600$ a month sounds very little, it is actually good salary for many countries in world, including many in europe. But obviously too-little for tier 1/1.5 countries. And while tier 1 workers are better quality, they are not multiple times better in order to justify higher cost.
