    Educational Basic CCBill question

My brain's not working right today; I feel like I know this and shouldn't have to ask, but will just to be sure.

CCBill cookies mean the first affiliate referrer get credited for the sale/referral, correct?

So, if I use a CCBill formatted link to send potential affiliates to a program tour, but then on that tour they use a CCBill link with another affiliates ID to direct to the signup form, I would still be the one credited with the referral, right?

Case in point - my link to POVCash: POVCash.com

Notice the affiliate links for affiliate 2574011 on every link to the signup form - that should not matter, correct?

Not sure how that program sets it up, but, when I tested programs doing something like this years ago with programs I was surprised to be unable to convert like Cyberdyke for example, it meant they got the affiliate's sale.

Yeah, It's been about 10 months and I haven't seen a single signup. Typically, I give a review a year and interpret any lack of activity as being general disinterest on the part of the users of my site, in which case I remove the programs listings from the various indices but keep the links up on the reviews in case someone finds the program of interest. Given the "iffy"-ness of this one, I'm thinking of going ahead and removing them altogether. Unless, someone chooses to use the link above to sign up so we can verify.

I don't follow; How would I do that?
