best video editing software?

I'm looking for video editing software, not simple shit, cause I want to be able to add special effects n stuff. Also not TOO hard.

Can any1 recommend a good program?

I edit and add my effects in Vegas Video. It works and can do amazing shit once you dig deep into the system.

Take a pick from the list..Goes from easy to hard, uncapable to capable for effects.
