Absolutely not. I've been burned too many times on deals like that. They should at least be able to get an ISP e-mail address. Heck, I'm even wary of buying from new content providers that have websites.
I'd only consinder buying from someone like this if the person could provide the license AND the documentation showing the model(s) in a photo WITH her ID and Social Security card and even then I'd still have to get a heck of a good vibe from the person.

A fiend of mine has no web site nor email address, but he can make content for me, so I see no problem in getting that content.
If the deal is in person, I see no problems, and I see less problems when I know the models personally, and almost no model has an email address or website.
Of course, would never buy online content from someone without website, that's just stupid.Comment

A site ( 3.95 a month) with domain email will not protect you from scammers.I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !
